**Exchange & Refund Policy — AtBlingIn**

At AtBlingIn, every piece is crafted with precision and care. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we offer a strict but fair exchange policy.

### 1. Exchange Window

We offer exchanges within **7 days of delivery**.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

### 2. Refund Policy

We do **not offer monetary refunds**.
All approved returns will be issued as **store credit** (AtBlingIn credit), which can be used on future purchases.

### 3. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible:

* Item must be **unused, unworn, and unwashed**
* Original tags and packaging must be intact
* Item must be in **perfect resalable condition**

### 4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

* Worn or damaged products
* Items returned without original packaging
* Limited edition / custom pieces (if applicable)

### 5. Exchange Process

* Email us at **[support@atblingin.com](mailto:support@atblingin.com)** with your order details
* Once approved, you will receive return instructions
* After quality check, store credit will be issued

### 6. Shipping Charges

* Reverse shipping may be chargeable
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable

### 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with proof. We will resolve it on priority.

### 8. Store Credit

* Store credit will be issued after inspection
* Valid for a limited period (if applicable)
* Cannot be transferred or converted to cash

### 9. Final Decision

AtBlingIn reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.
